Ages 7-15.
Kung Fu Youth Class is a rigourous challenging class that helps students develop mental and physical conditioning, respect, and self defense skills
Ages 20 and up.
Tai Chi is practiced in a medatative atmosphere, is low impact, focus is on fluid relaxed movements, stretching, and chi-gung exercises. Promotes good balance, mobility, health and attitude.
Ages 16 and up.
Kung Fu is a demanding, high impact practice that helps students develop concentration, discipline, and self defense skills.
Lau Kune Do focuses on cultivating better human beings by unlocking vast potential with the ancient arts of kung fu, qi gong and tai chi.
